Open Day

Then come see us on Mānawa Mai – Open Day at our Grafton Campus to hear stories from our students and staff about what it’s really like to study at our diverse and celebrated faculty!

Our faculty offers a range of programmes that will help you give back to your community and whānau, make an impact on Aotearoa’s health outcomes and give you the opportunity to have first-hand experience working in the health sector.

When you study our programmes, you will not only learn theoretical knowledge, but you will also experience the practical side of medical and health sciences.

  • Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc) 3 years full-time 360 points. Applications close 8 December 2022.
  • Bachelor of Medical Imaging (Hons) (BMedImag (Hons)) 4 years full-time 480 points. You must meet the second-year entry criteria. Applications close 1 October 2022.
  • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) 6 years full-time 720 points You must meet the second-year entry criteria. Applications close 1 October 2022.
  • Bachelor of Nursing (BNurs) 3 years full-time 360 points Applications close 1 October 2022. Bachelor of Optometry (BOptom) 5 years full-time 600 points You must meet the second-year entry criteria.
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) 4 years full-time 480 points You must meet the second-year entry criteria. Applications close 1 October 2022.
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc Biomedical Science) 3 years full-time 360 points. Applications close 8 December 2022.
  • Certificate in Health Sciences (CertHSc) 1 year full-time 120 points Applications close 8 December 2022.
